Welcome to Nassaa Uth Hub, the world’s first youth entertainment center. By accessing or using our facilities, services, or website, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in any activity.
1. General Use
Entry and participation are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any branch-specific rules.
Guests must follow all instructions given by Nassaa Uth Hub staff at all times.
Nassaa Uth Hub reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who fails to comply with our rules of conduct.
2. Age & Parental Consent
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Some activities (VR, laser tag, target shooting, bowling, simulators, etc.) may have age, height, or health restrictions for safety reasons.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their care.
3. Safety & Liability
All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
Nassaa Uth Hub will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, unless caused by proven negligence on our part.
Guests must ensure they are medically fit to participate in activities. Individuals with health conditions (heart issues, epilepsy, pregnancy, etc.) should avoid high-intensity or VR games.
Proper footwear and attire are required for sports activities like futsal and cricket simulators.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All payments for tickets, passes, or bookings must be made in advance or at the counter before participation.
Once purchased, tickets/passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the case of event cancellation by Nassaa Uth Hub.
Online and offline payments are subject to standard payment gateway/processing charges.
5. Code of Conduct
Guests must respect fellow participants and staff. Misbehavior, offensive language, harassment, or damage to property will lead to immediate removal without refund.
Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or smoking inside the premises is strictly prohibited.
Any damage to equipment, games, or facilities due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible guest.
6. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, media, and promotional content of Nassaa Uth Hub are the exclusive property of the company and cannot be used without written consent.
7. Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during bookings, memberships, or promotions will be used solely for service and communication purposes.
Nassaa Uth Hub does not share personal data with third parties, except where legally required.
8. Amendments
Nassaa Uth Hub reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be available on our official website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
