Floor Is Lava

Jump, climb, and balance your way across floating platforms. Touch the floor and you're eliminated — pure physical chaos, maximum laughs.

Floor Is Lava

Remember playing "the floor is lava" as a kid, leaping across sofa cushions with your heart in your mouth? We built that into a full arena experience. Navigate a course of elevated platforms, foam blocks, balance beams, ropes, and climbing walls — all elevated above a fluorescent "lava" floor. Touch it and you're out. The course is timed, making it a race against the clock and against friends. Difficulty scales with every section, so casual players find early platforms manageable while the later sections demand genuine athleticism. It is loud, physical, chaotic, and completely unforgettable.

How to Play

  • 01
Touching the Floor = Eliminated — Any part of your body contacting the lava floor counts as a fall. Staff call the fault and you restart from the last checkpoint.
  • 02
Grip Socks Are Mandatory — Provided at entry. They keep you from slipping on platforms and protect the equipment. No bare feet allowed.
  • 03
No Pushing Other Players — This is a solo agility course. Deliberately knocking someone off results in disqualification for that round.
  • 04
Use Checkpoints — Colour-coded checkpoint pads reset your start point if you fall. Reach one and it activates automatically — no need to press anything.
  • 05
Weight Limits Apply — Some suspended elements have posted weight limits. Staff will advise which sections are appropriate for you before you start.
  • 06
Follow Staff Instructions — If a staff member calls "reset" or "stop", freeze immediately. Safety takes priority over your time.
  • 07
Fastest Clean Run Wins — In group mode, the player completing the full course in the least time with fewest falls wins the round.

Pro Tips

🌋

Scan the Path Before You Jump

Standing still and planning your next two moves is faster overall than rushing forward and falling mid-course.

💪

Land Soft, Not Hard

Bend your knees on every landing. Stiff legs bounce you off platforms — soft landings keep you in control and moving forward.

🔥

Momentum Is Your Friend

Use forward momentum on rope swings and balance beams — pausing mid-element is harder than keeping moving at a controlled pace.
